Nothing here is pre-made. You're not buying a ready-made video where I just swap in a name. Every Musical Letter and every video is created from scratch, for that specific person and that specific story.

You get an email with instructions
In the email, I'll ask you for up to 3 photos and a few words: what you want to say, who your person is, and anything else that helps me feel the story. I use the photos exactly as you send them.

I write the words, create the song, and design the video from scratch, made just for you.
You receive it digitally
You get it ready to send straight to your person's phone. Typical delivery time is up to 48 hours.

Do I have to write the letter myself?
No. That's part of the service. You tell me in simple words what you'd like to say, and I write the personal letter for you.
How many photos can I send?
Up to 3 photos. You can send fewer if that fits your story better.
How long is the song?
About 1 minute. That's enough to make a small, complete musical moment without losing its immediacy.
Is the video a ready-made template?
No. Every video is created from scratch. The photos, the aesthetic, the letter, and the song are all tied to that specific person.
When will I receive it?
Typical delivery time is up to 48 hours from the moment I have all the necessary details and photos.
Can I ask for a change?
Yes. One free revision is included if anything in the words needs a small change.
What if I don't end up liking it?
If in the end you're not truly happy with the result, I'll refund your money.
Is it only for kids or specific occasions?
No. It can be made for a partner, a grandmother, a parent, a friend, a child, someone who's far away, or for any moment you want to say something worth keeping.
Will you retouch or improve my photos?
I use your photos exactly as you send them. If you'd like me to retouch or “beautify” them (e.g. lighting, removing something), I can — it's a separate service, for an extra €20. Just mention it in your email and I'll send you the payment link.
